At our planning Session in September, 2009 many ideas were suggested: Go to a "Dude Ranch", Leadville Baby Doe Play, the pay about the Colorado Madams in B.V. or Salida, in September do a "Fall Colors" trip maybe around Twin Lakes,
P.S. Also for some of you that did not make it to the planning session, the girls drew your name out of a hat and paired it with a month.

Our “HOOT” for this month will be a Tea and Lunch on February 18 at 11:30am at the Queen Anne Tea Room in Canon City, 813 Macom, Canon City, CO 275-5354
Approximate cost is $16.99
Meet at Howard Hall to car pool at 10:30am

The "Traveling Hat"
The hat will be awarded to anyone who does something exceptional--funny, courageous, etc.
with HATTITIDE--- of course!!!
It is starting out as a very plain, unadorned hat. Each person who wins the hat gets to embellish it with ONE thing: a ribbon, a pin, flower, fruit, figurine, ANYTHING that will fit on the hat. The winner wears it to all events or “Hoot” and when she decides on the next winner, she selects that next winner, and passes it on at the next event or “Hoot”!

P.S. Last year I thought some one had stolen my boobs. I was lying in bed and they were gone! But when I jumped out of bed, I was relieved to see that they had just been hiding in my armpits as I slept.
Now I keep them hidden in my waistband.
